With over 10 years of professional experience in footwear design and development, I have designed men's, women's and children's shoes from athletic to dress. The variety of categories has exposed me to a diverse range of materials and processes, and has allowed me to work cross-functionally with other corporate departments and teams. From category research, concept development, color and material selection to presentation and costing, I have actively engaged in each stage of the design and development process while maintaining the brand identity for each category line I've managed.
A logo is vital to marketing a product or brand. It allows customers to remember a companies identity much faster than words alone. A great logo speaks directly to the target audience. When designing a logo for a company, I gather as much information from the client so that the logo represents exactly how they want their brand to be perceived. I give an individuality and uniqueness to each logo to help make the company stand apart.
I aimed to create a furniture piece with a clean and simple modern elegance. With this minimalist philosophy in mind, I created this coffee and end-table set. (End-table photos coming soon!)
A coffee table, harmonious in relationship of its parts. Hand crafted of flat and curved plywood, bent brushed aluminum legs and tempered glass. Finished in a Wenge wood veneer with a satin polyurethane coat.
Whether an illustration for brand recognition or a unique way to present product trend reports, I use my design knowledge to give visual form to ideas and concepts. I use a variety of software and techniques to achieve this goal.
Inspired by Los Angeles culture, I created these t-shirt graphics for Hot Rod LA. HRLA is a premier skate shop that has evolved into a lifestyle brand that attracts and influences street and skate culture around the world.
